Tom Hinshaw has been actively involved in the roofing industry since 1971. He has seen many changes in the industry as the systems have moved from predominately built-up roofing to single ply roofing. Also, he has been involved with many specialty jobs with slate, tile and ornamental metal fabrication and installations.
Living in Columbus,Indiana, Tom is a member of the Fairlawn Presbyterian Church and has been the president of Indiana Roofing Contractors, The Kiwanis Club of Columbus, The Columbus Regional Hospital Foundation and The Columbus Indiana Philharmonic. He has B.S. and M.Div. degrees.

Dan began working for Hinshaw Roofing and Sheet Metal right out of high school. He worked as a journeyman and a foreman before joining the management team as Roofing Superintendent in 1998.

Mike has worked in the field in both the roofing and sheet metal sides of the business. He currently works as an estimator and project manager for roofing and sheet metal projects, he also runs the safety and training program.
