Thomas Hinshaw
Owner / President
Tom has been involved in the business since 1974 in Columbus, Indiana and has seen many changes in the roofing industry as the industry has moved from predominantly build-up roofing to the single ply systems. Also, he has been involved with many slate, tile, standing seam and ornamental metal projects. Living in Columbus, Indiana, Tom is a member of the Fairlawn Presbyterian Church and has been the president of the Indiana Roofing Contractors Association, the Kiwanis Club of Columbus, The Columbus Regional Hospital Foundation Board, and The Columbus Indiana Philharmonic Orchestra Board. He has earned a Bachelor and a Master degree and currently serves on the Board of Trustees of Christian Theological Seminary and the Board of Regents of Harris Manchester College.

Dan Christophel
Superintendent
32 years experience in commercial roofing with HRC - 10 years as roofing superintendent Dan began working for Hinshaw Roofing and Sheet Metal right out of high school. He worked as a journeyman and a foreman before joining the management team as Roofing Superintendent in 1998.

Mike Brooks
Estimator/Project Manager
9 years experience in commercial sheet metal and roofing management with HRC - 10 years experience in facilities management - B.A. Cultural Anthropology – Milligan College Mike has worked in the field in both the roofing and sheet metal sides of the business. He currently works as an estimator and project manager for roofing and sheet metal projects, he also runs the safety and training program.

Sean Cutrell
Estimator/Maintenace Manager
20 years experience in residential roofing and management Sean owned a residential roofing business until 2008 when he decided to join HRC. He has a broad range of experience focused mainly on residential and steep slope roofing.

Administrative Assistant.
Ami is responsible for the payroll, personal taxes and accounts receivable.
She has worked in various areas of administration in the construction industry for almost 20 years
